The Tinga Private Game Reserve is located in the Kruger National Park (South Africa), on the banks of the Sabie River. The reserve sits on 5000 hectares of land that overflows with wildlife, specifically the Big Five. The Tinga conference venue is the ideal place for a meeting in Kruger Park, having 2 boardrooms that seat 14 and 6 delegates respectively.

Special conference features include tea and coffee breaks at a well frequented waterhole, or at a bird hide overlooking the Sabie River, and you can also organise safari breaks for your delegates. Tinga Private Game Lodge has 2 executive boardrooms at the Legends lodge. They are both furnished with upmarket conferencing equipment.

Kruger Park Conference Accommodation

Tinga conference accommodation has 2 lodges, the Narina Lodge and the Legends Lodge. They have similar facilities and have been designed with luxury and comfort in mind for your conference in Kruger Park. To ensure absolute privacy, the suites are located 25 metres apart. Elevated walkways connect suites and the public areas.

Tinga conference accommodation has suites which are constructed from wood with thatch roofs. All suites overlook the Sabie River, affording excellent game viewing opportunities from your private balcony.

Both lodges have 9 suites which feature en-suite bathroom and shower, large outdoor showers, private eternity swimming pools, fireplace, mini bar and fridge. Other room features include a mini safe, air-conditioning, overhead fans, private lounge, direct dial telephones and satellite TV.

Guests will also find international adapters, hairdryers, insect spray, mosquito repellent and citronella wipes in the suites of Tinga conference accommodation. Each suite has its own private game viewing deck with spectacular views.

Kruger Park Conference Venue Location

The game viewing vehicles of Tinga conference venue are allowed to transverse the entire Kruger National Park. This enables unlimited game viewing and guests can look forward to excellent game sightings on game drives and bush walks.

Tinga Private Game Lodge is situated only 20km (12.4 miles) from Kruger National Park's Paul Kruger Gate. Tinga's two lodges, Narina and Legends are situated on the banks of both the Sabie River and the Sand River with 35km (21.8 miles) of prime river frontage.

Travelling by Air

Scheduled flights are available to the Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport (located outside Nelspruit). There are three airlines that service the KMI Airport, with direct flights available from Durban, Johannesburg and Cape Town. These are SA Airlink, SA Express and Nationwide Airlines.

Flights

Flights are available direct from Johannesburg International Airport to Skukuza Airport. The estimated time of this transfer is 1 hour and 30 minutes and from KMIA to Skukuza is 15 minutes. Flights operate on a daily basis and can be booked through Tinga conference venue.

Travelling by Road

Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport to Tinga Private Game Lodge - 1 hour and 30 minutes. Johannesburg to Tinga Private Game Lodge - 5 hours Recommended route: N12/N4 to Nelspruit via Schoomanskloof; R40 from Nelspruit to Hazyview; R536 from Hazyview towards the Paul Kruger Gate; Enter through the Paul Kruger Gate; Legends is located 20km from the gate and Narina is located 8km from the gate.
